The brief — A nine-chair shop with steady walk-in traffic, but no home base online and reviews that only happened by luck.

Embassy Grand — Washroom Reporting
The brief — At a luxury venue, a spotless washroom is part of the guest experience — but an empty dispenser or a slow drain only surfaced when a guest complained to staff, if it surfaced at all.
What we're building
- Tap or scan to reportA guest or staff member taps the NFC point or scans the QR in the washroom and flags the issue in seconds
- Straight to a work orderEach report builds a work order and routes to the right team automatically
- Tracked to resolvedEvery issue moves from reported → in progress → resolved, nothing forgotten
- Recurring-issue analyticsSee what breaks most often, so it gets fixed for good — not just refilled again
The goal — Problems get caught the moment someone notices them, the right person gets a work order, and the venue can finally see which fixes actually stop the complaints.
